This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a remote area, providing a charming and peaceful experience. The price was incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The hotel's attention to detail is evident, with comfortable beds, free WiFi , and basic amenities that met our needs for a one-night stay. The location, right next to the river and surrounded by gorgeous redwoods, was absolutely breathtaking. We loved the cozy rooms on the bottom floor, offering a view over the river, and the large fireplace in the morning made for a warm and inviting atmosphere. The included breakfast was a delightful start to the day.

The staff at the country hotel were pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The location is great and stunning, next to California with challenging hiking and driving. Plus, it's in a beautiful setting.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The big fire in the dining room during our January visit was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying a coffee after dinner. The room, though basic, was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good, and the location of our suite had a view of the river. It was also within walking distance of the restaurant and only a 10 minute drive to the local tap house.
Felt completely happy, nothing to complain about.
